The mattress frame features robust construction with two 25x50x1.6 mm thick ERW rectangular tubes and two top panels made from 0.60 mm thick CRC sheets, ensuring durability and stability. The bottom panel is also crafted from 0.60 mm thick CRC sheets, IS 513 ‘D’ grade, providing a sturdy foundation.
Supporting the structure are 19x19x0.80 mm thick ERW square tubes for both the bottom support pipe and vertical legs, complemented by high-quality adjustable levellers at the bottom. All steel parts undergo a comprehensive 10-tank anti-rust treatment before being powder-coated, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The knockdown construction design allows for easy assembly and transport.
